Getting you started with the philosophy of this lifestyle, more is better.

This is not a diet, it is not about deprivation, instead it is about giving you MORE. More freedom, more insulin sensitivity and more energy.

Every Tuesday I will release a New Video to You and you get to schedule your 1:1 calls with me at a time that is mutually convenient. You will get direct access to my calendar and availability.

Module 2: Change Your Food, Improve Your Insulin Sensitivity

More carbohydrates equals more insulin sensitivity, but only if they are the ‘right’ type of carbohydrates: in this module we teach you which types of carbohydrates and when to consume them to give you the most energy throughout the day, and night.

I work with you to gradually transform your eating habits and improve your sensitivity in a managed way. This allows you to get used to eating more food and needing less insulin,

We change one meal at a time giving you the opportunity to explore new foods, flavours and concepts. The real benefit to you is that we are gradually improving your insulin sensitivity whilst we gradually increase your carbohydrates and that puts you in the driving seat of your diabetes early in the program

We find that most, if not all of our clients take some time to get used to eating enough food to stop them from losing weight!

Module 3: Physical Activity

Some people love to be active and go to the gym or out for a run, others not so much. We take a look at where you fit on this spectrum and then we work out the strategies that you need to manage your diabetes around your activity levels

Even if you don’t do exercise it is amazing how much diabetes can impact routine activities like shopping, gardening, household chores, decorating. Let’s not even mention keeping a juice-box or Jelly babies on the bedside table for those night time activities

Many Health Care Professionals struggle when it comes to insulin dosing strategies and exercise; you will learn advanced strategies and tweaks that really make it possible for you to be physically active as often as you want, or not

Module 4: What About?

Every single celebration in life comes with a food ritual doesn’t it? In this module we give you tools to manage that including:

Minimising the impact of celebration meals/events on your diabetes

Eating out, eating with friends, going on holiday. We cover it all, giving you the tools and strategies to make the choices that suit you. After all this is about putting you in the driving seat of your diabetes

How you recover your diabetes management quickly and easily after the big party/celebration the night before.

Module 5: Getting The Most Out Of Your Health Care Team

Your appointment with your diabetes care team is as individual as you are.

It should be about your needs, your questions and your agenda. In this module we provide you with a framework to help that become your reality in your clinic appointments.

We give you a template that you can use to develop your agenda.

We give you the tools you need to explain how and why this program works to improve your metabolic health and your diabetes so that you can help your Health Care Professionals understand the overview and you can get their support. This will make it a lot easier for you.

Module 6: Thinking About Diabetes

Diabetes is relentless. In this module we will talk about that and the coping strategies that you can use to reduce your burden.

We will also talk about complications. Why? Because nobody else does, let’s address those fears and put them into perspective for you. This is a unique space where we don’t talk about judgment, instead we talk from a place of empathy and support.
