Hi, it's Paul Coker here, and people ask me all of the time for help in eating more plant based food to help them to improve their health and their diabetes management.
That is absolutley cool, it is what I do. But I am no chef, but I really want to help you. So, I decided to share some great tasting and great looking recipes that other people have made. These people are way better than I am at making food than I am.
These recipes are 100% whole food plant-based, they are mostly gluten free and those that are not can easily be adapted.
