We have all heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If your Diabetes behaves like mine, then you may experience some insulin resistance in the morning.
Moving to a whole food plant based diet can help to reduce the impact of this.
I want to help you in this journey by sharing some recipes that are whole food plant based with you. If these recipes are not alreaady gluten free can easily be adapted.
